Your 3-Hour Itinerary
Centering & Warm-up: We begin with a brief, guided meditation to tune out the city noise, followed by gentle standing stretches to awaken the spine and prepare for our urban exploration.
Mindful Urban Flow: We explore downtown on foot. Throughout the walk, we make intentional stops at local landmarks to practice "urban yoga" incorporating standing lunges, side stretches, and balancing poses to ground our energy and connect with the city’s unique architectural spirit.
Wholesome Table: We conclude our journey at an iconic local eatery known for its health-conscious, high-quality ingredients and vibrant atmosphere. It is the perfect environment to reflect on your practice and nourish your body with wholesome cuisine.
